Rullo Custom Cycles Supermoto KTM tearing up the streets of Philly

Rullo Custom Cycles is dedicated to making cool bikes no matter what the style. We build a majority of choppers here, but this is one fun Supermoto style bike that we completed for our customer.

Starting out as a KTM 250 SXF, this bike went under the knife to have the engine cradle of the frame delicately cut and removed. We replaced it with a new cradle section to fit a bored and stroked KTM 520 motor that made this bike killer fast.

Rullo Powdercoating took care of shielding the frame and swingarm from the elements with a nice electro-coated orange powder. While very durable, the orange made these components look brand new.

We fitted some anodized orange wheels with street tires on this beast to make it handle like a dream on the streets of Philly. Although we are a couple of miles outside the city, Rullo Custom Cycles services Philadelphia and the surrounding region.

Our customer uses this bike to commute to his work in the medical field, so we had to make sure this bike was both visible and legal on the streets. We used a LED light kit with integrated turn signals and a mini lithium ion battery to keep this bike street-worthy.

A stainless exhaust gives this bike a sick sound, the custom wide-style aluminum radiators keep this cool, and the new plastics make this KTM look clean. What better way to get to work than this???
